What the simple launch includes

What people ask most

Zid, Salla or another platform?

We choose with you according to your products, the size of the catalogue, the integrations you need and each platform’s fees. We do not impose a platform, and we explain the differences before the decision.

Do I own the store after delivery?

The platform account, the content and the data are in your name from the start, and we hand over the permissions and documentation at delivery. The platform subscription and its fees are a direct relationship between you and the platform.

Can you move my store from one platform to another?

Yes, as part of the custom solution. We first assess the data, the integrations and the links, then set a migration plan that keeps products, customers and orders as far as both platforms allow.

What about payments, shipping and integrations?

We connect what the platform and the providers offer through official APIs and under your permissions. Integration depends on the APIs being available and on the provider’s terms, and we make that clear before any commitment.

How long does a launch take?

We do not publish general timelines. The simple launch is shorter because its scope is known, and the custom solution is estimated after the scope is defined; in both cases you get a written estimate before we start.

My budget is limited. Where do I start?

With the simple launch and an agreed number of products, then we grow when needed. We negotiate the scope, not the quality.

And after launch?

Optional support of two kinds: technical, for maintenance and integrations, and operational, for entering products, updating the store and periodic reports, with a stated scope and no automatic renewal without your consent.
