Main service 03

We start from the problem and the result, not from the technology

Manual work repeated every day, follow-ups that slip, data that disagrees between files: these are problems solved by an internal system, an automation or a dashboard. We diagnose them with you first, then propose the smallest solution that achieves the result, with a realistic estimate of return and cost.

Who it is for

Who we build systems for

Small and medium businesses and companies whose time goes into work a system could do, or that need a portal and a dashboard to bring their tools together.

What we offer

Four kinds of solution

Semi-custom by default: proven components customised for your business, and full development when needed, without sacrificing security, code quality or maintainability.

  • Internal systems

A system that runs one specific process in your business: orders, maintenance, resources, customers, or any record managed today with spreadsheets and email.

  • Portals

A portal where your customers, suppliers or staff see what concerns them and submit their requests, with clear permissions for each party.

  • Dashboards

A dashboard that gathers your numbers from their sources in one place, so the situation is read and decisions are made on current data rather than monthly reports.

  • Workflows and integrations

Automating the repeated steps between your tools: notifications, approvals, data synchronisation, and connections to the systems you actually use through official APIs.

How it is presented

From the problem to the result

We do not start with the technology. We start with what holds your work back today and the result you want tomorrow, then propose the smallest solution that gets there, with a realistic estimate of the time and money it saves against its cost. If the problem is not clear to you yet, that is normal: part of our work is discovering it with you.

  • A discovery session defines the problem and the required result before any talk of a solution
  • A realistic estimate of return and cost before commitment, and honesty when a system is not worth it
  • Semi-custom by default: proven components with customisation, full development when needed
  • Integrations through official APIs under your permissions; what is not available is said before we start
Pricing principles
What holds your work back todayWhat you get

Manual work repeated every day: copying, moving, entering the same data in more than one place.

An internal system that takes the data once and distributes it where it is needed, so the time goes back into the work itself.

Follow-ups that slip: requests and approvals waiting for someone to notice them.

A workflow with notifications and clear deadlines, where every party knows what is waiting and with whom.

Data that disagrees between systems and files, so no number is trusted.

A single source of truth your tools synchronise with, and reports read from current data.

Your customers or partners phone to ask about every status.

A portal where they see what concerns them and submit their requests themselves, with permissions for each party.

Decisions made on impressions, because the numbers are scattered and late.

A dashboard that gathers the indicators that matter to you on one up-to-date screen.

Every systems project is estimated with a written quote after the scope is defined; no fixed prices and no general timelines.

What the quote includes

What every systems quote includes

A proposed list of what a systems quote contains whatever its size; fixed in the contract with each quote, with the detailed scope defined in writing before we start.

DraftProposed draft awaiting the founder’s approval

  • A discovery session documenting the problem, the required result and the scope
  • A written estimate of expected return, cost and time before commitment
  • Design and staged delivery of the solution with decisions documented
  • Clear user permissions by role
  • Functional, security and performance testing before handover
  • Short training for the team and usage documentation
  • Handover of accounts, code and assets in your name with clear warranty limits

Not part of the quote

  • Hosting, service and third-party tool subscriptions
  • Licences for the third-party systems we integrate with
  • Entering or cleaning historical data, unless agreed separately
  • Features added after the scope is fixed (estimated in an additional quote)
  • Support and operations after delivery, which are optional

Service questions

What people ask most

I do not know whether I need a system. Where do I start?

With a discovery session. Tell us what takes your team’s time, slips or disagrees, and we will tell you honestly whether the answer is a system, a simple automation or nothing at all. Honesty at this stage saves you more than any system does.

Do you build from scratch or use ready-made tools?

Semi-custom by default: proven components customised for your business, because that is faster, cheaper and easier to maintain. We move to full development when the case genuinely requires it, without sacrificing security or code quality.

Will the system integrate with what I use now?

When your tools offer official APIs and suitable permissions, yes. We review that in the discovery session and make clear before we start what can be connected and what cannot; we do not promise an integration the other side does not allow.

How do you estimate the return?

We work out with you the time that goes today into manual work, delays or correcting errors, and compare it with the cost of the solution and its maintenance. If the difference is not convincing, we say so.

Do I own the system after delivery?

Yes, under the contract: the code, accounts and assets are transferred to you at handover with documentation and warranty limits, and the contract clearly defines the rights to shared components.

My budget is limited. Can we start with something smaller?

Usually, yes. We start with the step that solves the heaviest problem, such as one automation or one dashboard, then grow once the return is proven. We negotiate the scope, not the quality.

And after delivery?

Optional support under a monthly subscription of two kinds: technical, for maintenance, integrations and backups, and operational, for administrative tasks and periodic reports, with a stated scope and no automatic renewal without your consent.

Tell us what holds your work back

Describe what repeats, slips or disagrees, and we will come back to you with a frank diagnosis before any quote.
